Driving Licence Check
Before driving the tuition vehicle, a driving licence check MUST be done to confirm your driving licence is valid and you have the correct entitlement to drive the tuition vehicle. Also, an eyesight test will be done (don’t panic; you have to read a number plate at a distance).
Here is the link to the place that you get the share driver code from https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
When you have obtained the code, you can either fill in the form below or text me the information. I will require your driving licence number, e.g. SMITH123456DA1FZ.
The share driver information code will look like Ds 6t re Uh (8 random characters that are case sensitive); make sure that you type it exactly as obtained from the gov site
